The present petition was disposed of on 13th January, 2025 by way of a detailed judgement, whereby this Court enhanced the maintenance awarded to the minor daughter of the Petitioner from INR 40,000/- to INR 55,000/- per month. The Petitioner assailed the said order before the Supreme Court in SLP (Crl.) 9440/2025. In the said SLP, the Supreme Court did not interfere with the judgment of this Court. 2. However, counsel for Petitioner in the SLP, sought liberty to approach this Court for seeking reasonable time to clear the arrears of payment of maintenance. The aforenoted permission was granted to the Petitioner and the same has been availed through the instant application. 3. Accordingly, the Petitioner seeks one year’s time to clear the arrears of INR 17,52,000/- due, as per the judgment of this Court dated 13th January, This is a digitally signed order.
