By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 14.01.2019 with a direction to the Collector to pass an order within time frame. 10.2 That any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper together with cost of the petition.” 2. From a perusal of the relief clause, it is apparent that the petitioner has challenged the order dated 14.01.2019, which reads as under :- ्ቚकरण अधी्ቌक भू- अभिभलेख जांजगीर- चांपा स ्ቚा्቎। ्ቚकरण का अवलोकन किकया गया। 2/ ्ቚकरण दज करें। 4 3/ ्ቚकरण में आवेदक एव अनावेदकों को आहुत हो। 08.02.2019 कलक्टर जांजगीर- चांपा (छ०ग०) 3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has not challenged any substantial order; therefore, no case is made out for interference. However, the petitioner has sought a direction to decide the pending case expeditiously; therefore, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Collector to decide the pending Case No. 2/A-5/13-14 and Revenue Case No. 1/A-5/18-19 expeditiously, if already not decided. 4.
