The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). pleased to allow this petition with direction to the Learned Civil Judge Senior Division Lucknow to consider the peculiar situation of the case in hand as set out in application under order 39 rule 1 and 2 CPC registered as Paper no. C-6 in suit for declaration of Right and perpetual injunction registered as 484 of 2025 and decide the same so that alienation of suit property may be prevented and till decision sought to be made by the learned Civil Judge (SD), Lucknow as the application bearing no. C-6 and this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the opposite party to not alienate the suit property in the interest of justice. 3. Considering the fact that the injunction application is listed on 15.05.2025 for passing of the order, the trial Court is directed to pass orders on the injunction application on the next date fixed positively. 4.
