The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue order or direction in the nature of commanding the opposite party no. 2 to decide the application dated 25.11.2024 moved by the petitioner praying for adjudication of industrial dispute raised in I.D. Case No. 300090735 dated 10.09.2024 by the petitioner." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case. 4. The petition is finally disposed of, in terms of above.
