Arun Kumar & Others) pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 20 District-Sultanpur expeditiously within stipulated period, contained as Annexure No. 1 to this petition, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned A.G.A. has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present application as the same has been preferred for expediting the Criminal Case No.8584 of 2025 which is of the present year itself. 4. At this stage, learned counsel counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant wants to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh at appropriate stage. 5.
