Case No.43/2024, registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is arising out of Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. He submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the co-accused has also filed anticipatory bail application being A.B.A.No.2184 of 2025, which was dismissed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.04.2025. 4. It transpires from the impugned order that it has come in paragraphs 110 to 120, 124, 125, 126, 130 and 158 of the case diary that sufficient materials are against the petitioners and the allegations are made against him and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Thus, his prayer for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Ajay/
