By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to learned District Judge, Dehradun, to expedite hearing of Civil Appeal No. 174 of 2023, pending before him. 3. Since the Appeal was filed only in the year 2023 and there is huge pendency of cases in different Court at Dehradun, therefore, this Court is not inclined to fix any time frame for deciding the Appeal. 4. Writ Petition is dismissed. 5. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent petitioner from filing another writ petition at an appropriate stage.
