Chakraborty, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8. This is an application under Order XXII Rule 2 of the CPC, 1908 for substitution of the names of the legal heirs of the respondent No. 3 (since deceased). Page No.# 3/3 The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of this revision petition, the respondent No. 3 Late Brajendra Singha was expired on 27.08.2022 and the applicant prays for substitution of his legal heirs namely Moti Mubi Singha, Premjit Singha, Premila Devi and Premoda Devi, who are wife, son and daughters of the respondent No. 3. The prayer for substituion is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents. In view of the above, the prayer for substitution is allowed. Accordingly, let the respondent No. 3 be substituted by his legal heirs namely Moti Mubi Singha, Premjit Singha, Premila Devi and Premoda Dev as respondent Nos. 3(i), 3(ii), 3(iii) and 3(iv) respectively in the cause little of CRP No. 77/2021 in place of respondent No. 3 Late Brajendra Singha.
