In pursuance of the order passed by the Court dated 01.05.2025, learned counsel for the revisionist were granted time to serve the respondent Dasti Summons. In furtherance thereof, learned counsel for the revisionist has filed an affidavit of service which is taken on record. As per the said affidavit, the service has been effective on the respondent and Shri Brahmendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents. The Court has heard the learned counsel for the revisionist who after arguing at some length submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the revision with liberty to assail the issue raised in the instant revision at the appropriate time before the court concerned. With the aforesaid liberty, the revision is dismissed.
