The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chhipadohar P.S. Case No. 03/2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 05/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 18 & 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 10152/2024 by order dated 06.12.2024 at that stage. 4. The petitioner is alleged to have cultivated poppy in his raiatey land. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for one and half years. It was further submitted that similarly situated co- accused namely Lileshwar Singh has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 4357/2024. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar in connection with Chhipadohar P.S.
