To direct the Lamed Rent Authority, Under şection -30 of U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 / Additional Collector /Additional District Magistrate, City (East) District Lucknow, to decide the Case no. 3575 of 2024 (Smt. Manjula Dubey and another vs Sudhanshu Pathak) under section 21 (2) of U.P. Urban Premises Tenancy Regulation Act 2021 as contained as Annexure no. 2 to this petition, within stipulated period as fixed by the this Hon'ble High Court to meet the ends of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
