Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties, specially opposite party no.2 i.e. District Magistrate/Licensing Authority, District - Bahraich to consider the application for the grant of Arms License and decide the issue of grant of Arms License in accordance with law within a reasonable time in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer made, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.2 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner for grant of Arms License in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
