Hazarika, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. R.M. Baruah, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. B. Gogoi, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2. 2. By way of this application, the applicant is seeking impleading of the new official incumbents to the post of Superintending Engineer, Dibrugarh Public Health Engineering Circule, Dibrugarh, Assam and Executive Engineer, Sivasagar Public Health Engineering Division, Sivasagar, Assam as respondent Nos. 8 & 9 in the connected Contempt Case (C) No. 262/2024. 3. It appears that during the pendency of the connected contempt petition, respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have been transferred out from Dibrugarh and Sivasagar respectively and the new incumbents had joined in their place. 4. In view of the above, the new incumbents are necessary to be impleaded in the contempt petition. Accordingly, impleadment application stands allowed. 5. It is provided that Sh. Bhaskar Sarma, Superintending Engineer, Dibrugarh Public Health Engineering Circle, Dibrugarh, Assam and Sh. Ajay Lahon, Executive Engineer, Sivasagar Public Health Engineering Division, Sivasagar, Assam are impleaded as respondent Nos. 8 and 9 in the connected Cont. Cas(C) No. 262/2024. 6.
