Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to consider the name of the petitioner as per UPZA & LR Act and further the authorities be directed to record the name of the petitioner in accordance with law as recorded in respect of similarly situated persons in respect of the land bearing Khasra No. 99/1 M situated at village – Fazalpur, Mehrola, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar.” 4.
