The appeal of the petitioners, against the order passed under Section 33/39 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901 by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Lucknow on 22.02.2025, is pending consideration before the Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow but the interim relief application has not been considered. Let the aforesaid appeal, if it is within time/limitation, be considered and decided by the Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow within two months. Till then, the Demolition Notice shall not be given effect and it shall remain subject to the orders to be passed in the appellate proceedings, as the very basis of the demolition notice is the order passed in the mutation proceedings which are under challenge in the appeal.
