This Court, vide order dated 21.08.2024, passed in MCRC No. 5876 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicants, namely, Rahul Bhardwaj, Bablu Banjare, Rahul Miri and Sahil Koshale had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhatapara, District- Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 28.02.2025 has requested for grant of three months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in this case, according to the prosecution's trial program out of 14 prosecution witnesses, the statements of 10 witnesses have been recorded. The statements of 4 witnesses are yet to be recorded. Due to the elections, the notices issued to the witnesses could not be served, hence the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some more time therefore, he prays for grant of further three months time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
