Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 24.8.2018 passed by Additional Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1. Lakhimpur Kheri and order dated 20.2.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, court no. 9, Lakhimpur Kheri in the interest of justice." It is submitted by learned counsel for both the parties that in this case, parties have entered into compromise and settled their dispute amicably, therefore, request to quash the entire proceedings of the case in terms of compromise after getting the compromise verified. Learned counsel for the opposite party as well as learned A.G.A. has no objection in this regard. On considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel for both the parties as well as learned A.G.A., since matter has been settled between the parties amicably, therefore, it is expedient to direct the parties to appear before the learned trial court within a period of 15 days from today and to file compromise before the learned trial court which shall be verified and then parties may file fresh application with certified copy of verified compromise before this Court.
