Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Direct the learned Additional civil Judge (Junior Division), Room No. 38, District Sultanpur to decide the Original Suit No. 285/2010 (Raghav Bihari Vs. Dukhharan & other) pending before him preferred by petitioner in the year 2010 as soon as possible within specified period in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
