W.P(MD)No.12331 of 2025 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's earlier representation was considered and closed on 17.04.2025 after enquiry. Now, again the petitioner sent the present representation and the same is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this
order, after affording opportunity to both the parties. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
