Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). An appropriate order or direction commanding the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Case No. 1894/2017 dated 09.11.2017 for title Vinod Kumar and others Vs. Asha Ram and others within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. The counsel for the petitioner states that no written statement has been filed till date. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate application for proceeding exparte or under Order 8 Rule 10. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four months and the endeavour shall be made to decide the suit with all expedition.
