The petitioner claims that he was allotted a liquor shop, but he could not run the liquor shop due to medical problem. He had informed the authority, but still recovery proceeding has been done and now today, auction is fixed. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file the appeal under the provisions of the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910. Learned counsel also seeks directions that till he files the appeal, the auction proceedings may not concluded. The permission is accorded. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
