ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 4th respondent in not investigating the case in Crime No.904 of 2020 of Rajamahendravaram III Town P.S, Rajamundry, East Godavari District inspite of registering the FIR as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary and contrary to law and to pass....…”
2. Heard Sri B.Krishna, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the police to investigate and file a report.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
