To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned order dated 17-9-2024 passed by opposite party no. 2 Additional Commissioner Devipatan Division Gonda, which is illegal and arbitrary, malafide. The copy of order dated 17-9-2024 is being annexed here with as annexure no. 1 to this writ petition. 2. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to provide the opportunity for hearing keeping in view of article 14 of the constitution of India." After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition impleading all the necessary parties therein and making proper pleadings as well as annexing documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified copies of the documents annexed with this petition to the learned counsel for the petitioner as per relevant Rules in this regard.
