Cheif Standing Counsel for opposite party No.1 and Sri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel who has filed his Vakalatnama today on behalf of opposite parties No. 2 to 4, same is taken on record. 2. By means of this petition, petitioner has prayed for following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding opposite parties to provide the documents duly verified by the Enquiry Officer which has been relied in the charge sheet dated 31.07.2018 and supplementary charge sheet dated 07.09.2018 and other relevant documents as demanded by the petitioner." 3. Sri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava has stated, on the basis of specific instructions, that the document so required by the petitioner as has been prayed in the aforesaid prayer would be provided to him as and when the petitioner approaches the Inquiry Officer. Sri Srivastava has submitted that if the petitioner approaches the Inquiry Officer in the next week on any working day, all those documents would be provided to the petitioner by the Inquiry Officer. 4. Having considered the submission of Sri Srivastava, this petition is disposed of finally at the admission stage giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Inquiry Officer on any working day in the next week and those documents shall be provided to the petitioner.
