The said memo is taken on record and the same reads as under: “The petitioner craves leave to submit as under: 1. That the allegation in the impugned FIR is that of forgery of the complaint’s signature. The petitioner is given to understand that the FSL report has come wherein the signatures have been determined as belonging to the complainant. 2. That the investigating officer is unable to file the FSL report before the learned Magistrate in light of the fact that this Hon’ble Court has granted an ad-interim order of stay on further investigation on 18.06.2024. 3. That since the FSL report is in favour of the Petitioner herein, the Petitioner humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court may kindly vacate the stay granted and allow - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:1868 CRL.P No. 545 of 2024 the Petitioner to withdraw this Petition in order to enable the Police to file the FSL report before the learned Magistrate. 4.
