The insurance company says that the matter has been referred to the district authorities for verification, but no response has been received. Let the opposite party no. 2 get the facts verified and if he finds that the matter is pending before the tehsil authorities for verification and they have not responded to the insurance company, then he shall ensure that they respond within three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Thereafter, the insurance company shall process the claim of the petitioner as per Rules. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
