Vijayeswari, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4. 2. The notice in respect of respondent No.5 is dispensed with, since no adverse order affecting her rights or interest is passed. SRS,J W.P.No.8682 of 2025 3. The above writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioner’s representation dated 24.03.2025, as illegal and arbitrary. 4. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confined the arguments and urged to direct respondent No.4 to consider the petitioner’s representation and pass appropriate orders. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions submitted that in pursuance of the petitioner’s representation, respondent No.4 directed the Mandal Revenue Inspector and Village Revenue Officer, Anakapalli Town, to investigate the matter and submit a report. She would further submit that upon the receipt of the report, respondent No.4, if necessary, will issue notice to the petitioner as well as respondent No.5 and pass appropriate orders as per the law. 6. Given the above submissions, without going into the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing respondent No.4 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 24.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders strictly as per law. In case any enquiry is warranted, respondent No.4 shall issue notice to the petitioner and respondent No.5. No costs.
