Earlier the petitioner preferred W.P. No.8265 of 2025, which was disposed of by this Court by virtue of order, dated 28.03.2025, directing the Debts Recovery Tribunal to dispose of I.A.No.375 of 2025 in S.A.No.77 of 2025 positively on the next date of hearing, which was fixed on 02.04.2025. Today, yet again, another petition has been filed in which it is stated that there was yet another LA. bearing No. 1260 of 2025, which did not find a ¥ 2 % HCJ a RC,J W.P. No:8622of 2025 mention in the earlier W.P. No.8265 of 2025. Therefore, it is prayed that similar orders be passed in the present petition as well. We are not quite pleased with the manner in which the petitioner has approached this Court repeatedly by way of writ petitions, when the relief which is prayed for in the present writ petition could as well be sought for in the earlier writ petition bearing No.8265 of 2025. Be that as it may, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondent - Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam, to dispose of I.A. No. 1260 of 2025 as well along with I.A.No.375 of 2025. No costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
