The petitioner has made an online application in this regard on 19.02.2025. 2.Though the learned Additional Government Pleader would invite my attention to the joint patta in Patta No.2834, standing in the name of 18 persons, since the request of the petitioner is only limited to two plots namely 9 and 10, in S.No.228/2, a direction is issued to the respondents to first identify the two plots 9 and 10 and if it is identified then, survey shall be conducted and orders passed, disposing of the petitioner's survey application. However, if the plots are not identifiable on ground, then notice shall be issued to the co-pattathars and final decision be taken in this regard, after conducting due enquiry.
