Case No.13 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420 and 465 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66(C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro. 2. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He submits that the only allegation is made that from the mobile number of this petitioner, transaction has been made, however any amount has not been disclosed. He further submits that the mobile number 7488426049 is not belonging to this petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the case is arising out of cyber crime. 4. Considering that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and there is no averment so far as transaction amount is concerned and the allegations are made of mobile number 7488426049, which is of another person and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro in connection with Siyaljori P.S.
