Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1 to decide the temporary injection application filed by petitioners along with Original Suit No. 1508/ 2024 Chandra Bhushan Tiwari and another s versus Raj Kumar Shukla and others, and within time as stipulated by this Hon'ble court and in the mean time respondent no.2,3 and 4 may be restrained from making any construction over the Khata No. 230 situated at village Bhetua, Post- Deoraha, Pargana & Tehsil & District jutice. Amethi, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
