The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned revisional order dated 22.08.2024 passed by the Board of Revenue U.P. Lucknow in case no. REV/2433/2023, computerized case no. R20230404002433, "Mewalal and others Versus Bechuram" under section-219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 and order dated 07.10.2022 passed by the District Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar in Case No. 728 of 2022, computerized case no.D202204040000728, under section-219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 as contained in Annexure No.1 & 2 to this writ petition." After arguing at some length, the learned Counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof including the copy of sale deed and copy of plaint challenging the sale deed dated 10.04.1987. To the aforesaid prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified/original copies of order and documents, annexed in the present petition, to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
