On earlier date, this Court had observed that prima facie, writ jurisdiction in the facts and circumstances of these cases, cannot be exercised for the reason that the Petitioners can agitate their grievance under the provisions of the Industrial and Labour Laws, particularly, the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971. 1 of 2 (( 2 )) 902 & 903-WP-7916,7940-2025 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to rely upon a recent judgment of this Court at the Principal Seat, claiming that similarly situated persons have been granted relief. It is pertinent to note that, in all those cases, the employees had filed complaints before the Industrial Court under the provisions of the said Act, and in the proceedings emanating therefrom, appropriate directions were issued by this Court. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain these Petitions. 3. The learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to approach the Industrial Court. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Industrial Court, in accordance with law. [ Y. G.
