This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Haraiya P.S. Case No.14 of 2024 (N.D.P.S. G.R. Case No.84 of 2024) registered for the offence punishable under sections 8(c),20(b)(ii)(c), 21(b), 22(c), 24 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3. Charas has been recovered from the house of one Anwari Khatoon. The petitioner and others were also arrested from there. They have said that they were being given charas to sell them across the border in small pouches. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2024. He claims to have clean antecedent. 5. Considering the period of custody of the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10122 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Haraiya P.S.
