By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of order dated 14.09.2018, whereby writ petition, OWP No.1839/2018, has been disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to make payment of the admitted amount, which is due and payable to the petitioner. 02. It is stated by learned counsel for the respondents that amount to the tune of Rs.41,380/- as balance amount to the petitioner, had already been processed for being paid through Additional Treasury, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and the said amount has already been released in favour of the petitioner. The order passed by this Court dated 14.09.2018, as such, has been complied with in its letter and spirit. 03. In view of the above, the contempt proceedings stand closed. 04. Disposed of.
