By means of this petition, the petitioners have sought the following reliefs: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the opposite parties not to demolish the remaining part of above hundred years old houses of the petitioners situated at Village Anwari, Pargana and Tehsil Fatehpur, P.S. Kursi, District-Barabanki and given compensation amount a consideration/respect of in demolition of petitioners house, in the interest of justice. (ii) to issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. (iii) to allow the writ petition with cost. " 3. Learned Standing Counsel, however, says that after due notice of the proceedings under Section 67, an order has been passed on 10.10.2023. Copy of the said order has been provided to the petitioners' counsel. 4. Petitioners' counsel may go through the said order and seek remedies as prescribed. 5.
