Issue an order or direction thereby directing that the case bearing no. 1355/2020; Gyan Pratap Sisodia Versus Dr. Vandana Singh pending before the respondent no. 2 may be finally decided within such time frame as may be deemed proper by this Hon'ble Court; in the interest of justice; a copy of which is contained in Annexure No. P-1 to the present petition." 3. Considering the said statement, the present petition is disposed of directing the opposite party no. 2 not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to any of the party and endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously in accordance with law.
