To issue an order or direction to Opposite party no. 1 to decide the Case No. 370/2021 (Roli Devi and others Vs. R.K. Traders Company and others) within the stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
