Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks restoration of the connected writ petition which was dismissed for default vide Order dated 09.04.2025. The learned counsel submits that on 09.04.2025, he was present in the Court and was attending to a matter before Court No. 19 and therefore, he could not be present when the matter was called. The learned counsel therefore submits that as he could not appear before Court on 09.04.2025 due to bonafide reason, the writ petition may be restored to file. Mr. U. Sharma, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education Department, appears for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3 submits that he has no objection if the application is allowed as prayed for.
