The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 04.04.2025 whereby, the arms license of the petitioner has been cancelled. 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that against the order impugned, an appeal is prescribed under the Arms Act. 4. Upholding the said objection, the petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal, if so advised. 5. In case, such an appeal is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously. 6. The writ petition is disposed off in the above terms. 7. The office is directed to return the certified copies on moving appropriation application to the Counsel for the petitioner.
