Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned for release of ex-gratia amount of Rs.15 lacs on account of death of her husband while he was on election duty. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions received submits that prayer so made has already been complied with by opposite parties. 4. In view thereof, the petition having been rendered infructuous is consigned to record without any adverse effects upon benefits already granted to petitioner.
