Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent and perused the material brought on record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order of allotment of the fair price shop in favour of the brother of the petitioner. 3. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that no objection from the petitioner was invited, however learned Standing Counsel points out that in favour of the brother of the petitioner, the family members including his mother had given no objection certificate. 4. In view thereof, no interference is called for as the appointment is for the relative of the family including the widow, whose husband has died. 5. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
