By means of this petition, the petitioner prayed for following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite party No.3 i.e. Managing Director U.P.S.R.T.C. to decide the revision dated 06.04.2021 (Contained as Annexure No.9) preferred by the petitioner withing the stipulated period in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an innocuous prayer that a direction may be issued to the revisional authority to decide the revision of the petitioner with expedition. 4. Therefore, considering the aforesaid request, I hereby dispose of this petition finally at the admission stage directing the revisional authority to consider and dispose of the revision of the petitioner dated 06.04.2021 strictly in accordance with law, by speaking and reasoned order by affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, with expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the production of certified copy of the order of this Court and decision thereof shall be intimated to the petitioner forthwith. 5.
