No one appeared on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision. However, Sri Aajy Kumar Srivastava, learned AGA is present for the State. 2. This criminal revision seeking bail has been filed under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (in short "Act of 2000") against the judgment and order dated 10.09.2020, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, POCSO Act, Gonda in Criminal Appeal No.33 of 2020, which was preferred against the order dated 20.08.2020, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Gonda in Bail Application arising out of Case Crime No.234 of 2020, under Sections - 376AB I.P.C. & Section 5M/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Itiyathok, District- Gonda. 3. This Court vide order dated 29.08.2025, after taking note of the fact that the instant revision relates to enlargement of revisionist on bail, directed the Senior Registrar of this Court to provide the status of the present case. 4. In compliance of this Court's order dated 29.08.2025, Additional Session Judge/Special Judge (POCSO Act), Gonda has sent report dated 03.09.2025 to this Court, which reads as under:- "महोदय, ससम्मान सादर अवगत कराना है िक उपरोक्त िवषायंिकत प्रकरण के सन्दभर् में कायार्लय िलिपक से आख्या आहूत की गयी। कायार्लय िलिपक ने आख्या िदनांक 02.09.2025 को इस आशय का प्रस्तुत िकया िक अपराध संख्या 234/2020, थाना इिटयाथोक, अन्तगर्त धारा 376AB भा०न्या०सं० व 5M/6 पॉक्सो एक्ट, जनपद-गोण्डा में अिभयुक्त अन्नतराम उफर् अजुर्न की पत्रावली िदनांक 26.04.2023 को दोषिसद्ध करते हुए िनस्तािरत िकया जा चुका है, िजसे िदनांक 30.05.2023 को दािखल अिभलेखागार िकया जा चुका है। अिभयुक्त के ऊपर Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Kailash Nath Mishra, Ajay Pratap Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Anant Ram @ Arjun Thru. His Father Ram Preet .....Revisionist(s) State Of U.P. Taking note of the above quoted report of the Additional Session Judge/Special Judge (POCSO Act), Gonda dated 03.09.2025, the instant revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
