Though the petitioner has retired on 31.05.2023, the earned leave and surrender leave salary have not been disbursed to the writ petitioner, despite giving representation to the respondent on 26.03.2025 for disbursing the said benefits. Since the representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 4.
