Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.01 dated 01.01.2025, registered under Sections 15-B, 27-A of NDPS Act, at Police Station Ratia, District Fatehabad. 2. By virtue of order dated 20.01.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Radha Kishan, has submitted that as the petitioner has been convicted in one more case under NDPS Act, hence, the offence under Section 31 of NDPS Act has been added in the FIR. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that on his request, offence under Section 31 of NDPS Act be included in the FIR. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance of order dated 20.01.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated with the same and the said fact has been affirmed by learned State Counsel. 6.
