Then Smt.Konda Anuradha, W/o Konda Chandrakumar, is present before District Legal Services Authority and stated that the petitioner/husband by name Konda Chandrakumar, S/o Late Konda Chandrapratap kumar, died on 08.06.2024. A photocopy of death certificate has also been submitted to that effect. 2. In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
