This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 13.10.2024, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.632 of 2024, for the offence under Section 406 of IPC, registered at Police Station Ram Nagar, District Barabanki and also not to arrest the petitioners. 3. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to seek appropriate legal remedy before the appropriate court or authority as per permissible under law. 4.
