When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents filed a 'status report'. With regard to the drinking water facility, necessary arrangements have been made for supply of drinking water by Corporation and sufficient numbers of RO plants have been installed at wards for the use of patients. 7. It is stated that, pertaining to the maintenance of hygiene in the hospital premises, necessary measures have been taken to avoid dumping of plastic bags, bottles, food wastes into the sewage lines by providing dust bins at required points and the waste disposal is being done through the Sanitary Workers available, periodically in such a way that the hospital hygiene is ensured.” 2. In view of the fact that all the facilities are provided, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Consequently, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. (S.M.S., J.)
