Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to remove illegal occupation over the land of public road, new plot number 623B, old plot number 356 and Naveen Parti land new plot number 623A, old plot number 356 situated at Village-Bhitari, Pure Banaika pur, Kanyan pur Kevtani, Pargana- Pashchimraath, Tehsil- Milkipur, District-Ayodhya." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that the proceedings for removal of the unauthorized encroachment have already been instituted. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the proceedings within the time as prescribed in the statute i.e. 90 days.
